This is part two of my conversation with Capt. Paul Langlois, United States Coast Guard (Ret.) a highly decorated helicopter pilot, who has endured more physical challenges than can be counted. Cliff Bayuk, former Navy and Coast Guard veteran, is the man responsible for putting this podcast in place, he joins us as well. We are all running the human race, however, Paul Langlois is actually winning in his lane despite a heart transplant, and losing his arms and legs, and continues to move forward no matter what.
