"Rant"- 1. To speak or write in an angry or emotionally charged manner; rave. 2. To express at length a complaint or negative opinion. 3. Loud, declamatory, or extravagant speech; bombastic tone. So to be clear all of the above might be an accurate description of this episode of the Life 2.0 podcast.
